You serve one or more cities in St. Charles County (Wentzville, O'Fallon, St. Peters, St. Charles, Lake St. Louis, Dardenne Prairie, Cottleville, and surrounding areas)
You have proper licensing and insurance for your business

You communicate clearly with customers and show up when scheduled
You have capacity to take on new customers or fill gaps in your route
You're open to building a long-term referral relationship

What We Expect From Providers

Respond promptly — When we send you a lead, reply to the homeowner within 24 hours (48 maximum).
Provide quality work — You represent the Midwest Lawn Care network. We expect professional, reliable service.
Communicate honestly — If you can't take a job or can't serve a specific area, let us know so we don't send mismatched leads.
Pay referral fees on time — Referral fees are invoiced semi-monthly and due within 14 days. Tracked transparently.

How much is the referral fee?

15% of the first job with a new customer. If a $200 cleanup turns into a recurring weekly customer at $50 per visit, the referral fee is $30 on the first visit only. Everything after that is yours.

Can I work with other platforms or take direct clients?

Absolutely. You are free to work with any other platforms and keep all your direct clients. Midwest Lawn Care is just another channel for finding new customers — not an exclusivity agreement.

How do I get paid? / How do referral fees work?

You invoice the homeowner directly and handle payment as you normally would. Referral fees are invoiced to you semi-monthly, due within 14 days. We keep it simple and transparent.

What areas do you cover?

We serve all of St. Charles County, Missouri. This includes Wentzville, O'Fallon, St. Peters, St. Charles, Lake St. Louis, Dardenne Prairie, Cottleville, Weldon Spring, and surrounding communities.

How are leads matched to providers?

When a homeowner submits a request through our site, we review their service needs and location, then match them with providers in our network who serve that area and offer those services. We send the lead details to the best-matched provider(s).

Can I opt out of the network?

Yes, at any time. No notice required, no penalty. Just let us know and we'll remove your listing and stop sending leads.
